⚓️ My Favorite Crowd-Pleasing Snack: Easy Taco Boat Dip Recipe!

 



Whether we're heading to the lake, having a pool day, or just snacking through a Disney movie marathon, this boat dip is our go-to. It’s creamy, flavorful, and takes just minutes to make. Bonus? Everyone always asks for the recipe!

We call it “boat dip” because it’s the perfect snack to pack in the cooler—but honestly, we serve it at every party, game day, and random Tuesday.


🥣 Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 lb) tub of sour cream

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 can Rotel (drained)

  • 1 can corn kernels (drained)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: chopped green onions or diced jalapeños if you like a little kick 🌶️

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

  1. In a big bowl, stir together the sour cream, ranch seasoning, and taco seasoning.

  2. Mix in the Rotel, corn, and cheddar cheese.

  3. Cover and chill for at least an hour (overnight is even better!).

  4. Serve cold and scoop away!
